Marcel Holubec, with registered office at Mateja Bela 846/8, 811 06 Bratislava – mestská časť Staré Mesto, Company’s ID: 422 05 875, Registered in the Commercial Register at Bratislava, file no. 110-292303 (hereinafter only referred to as “Marcel Holubec W”). The Privacy Policy regulates the rules of collection and processing the data on the website, namely those provided by the registered users (hereinafter only referred to as “user”) and Marcel Holubec W clients (hereinafter only referred to as “customer”) placing orders via the website.

1.2. In data collection and processing, Marcel Holubec W is here understood as the administrator, governing the process as to for what purpose and by which means the user data shall be collected and processed. How do we protect your privacy.

In order to improve the targeting of advertisement campaigns and the offerings of products and services, Marcel Holubec W uses information about goods purchased by customers. Intermediaries are business entities is that is authorized by Marcel Holubec W to process your personal details for the purposes of providing services related to your order, doing so in accordance with the rules determined by Marcel Holubec W. 5.1. You are entitled to receive information regarding your personal data processing free of charge. 5.4. As a data subject, you have the right to file a complaint with the Supervisory Authority, which is the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic, in case you suspect that your personal data are processed contrary to valid legislation.

5.5. Services available from www.marcelholubecw.com, subject to the data subject consent under these General Terms and Conditions, are not intended directly for persons under the age of 16. This privacy policy is effective as of May 1, 2021.
