1. General information

1.1. This Privacy Policy applies to www.marcelholubecw.com (hereinafter only referred to as “website”), run by atelier Mgr.art. Marcel Holubec, with registered office at Mateja Bela 846/8, 811 06 Bratislava – mestská časť Staré Mesto, Company’s ID: 422 05 875, Registered in the Commercial Register at Bratislava, file no. 110-292303 (hereinafter only referred to as “Marcel Holubec W”). The Privacy Policy regulates the rules of collection and processing the data on the website, namely those provided by the registered users (hereinafter only referred to as “user”) and Marcel Holubec W clients (hereinafter only referred to as “customer”) placing orders via the website.

1.2. In data collection and processing, Marcel Holubec W is here understood as the administrator, governing the process as to for what purpose and by which means the user data shall be collected and processed. How do we protect your privacy.

1.3 As we care about protecting our customers' personal data, we collect them responsibly and in compliance with the privacy laws (GDPR). This data includes e-mail address (applies to both users and customers), and customers’ name, surname, address, phone number, and payment details (applies only to customers), ID and tax ID (in case of Company´s orders). In order to improve the targeting of advertisement campaigns and the offerings of products and services, Marcel Holubec W uses information about goods purchased by customers. 2. Personal data collection, processing and use Personal Data Categories We collect information depending on which services you use, i.e. those necessary for providing you with those services.

2.1. In order to process your order, we use your name, surname and contact details. The legal basis here is our contractual obligation. In such case, personal data processing spans across all stages of processing your order: receiving the order, its processing (including receiving the payment), delivering the ordered goods, as well as possible warranty claim. 3.1. Your personal data is processed exclusively by atelier Marcel Holubec W.

3.2. Furthermore, Marcel Holubec W authorizes other business entities, the so-called intermediaries, to use your personal data. Intermediaries are business entities is that is authorized by Marcel Holubec W to process your personal details for the purposes of providing services related to your order, doing so in accordance with the rules determined by Marcel Holubec W. In case such data processing requires yourconsent, we provide intermediaries solely with the data for providing the service, and only upon your consent. Intermediaries cooperating with Marcel Holubec W are:

4. Disapproval of the use of data

5. Right to information and other data subject rights

5.1. You are entitled to receive information regarding your personal data processing free of charge. In addition, subject to compliance with the requirements set out in the relevant general binding legal regulations you have (I.) the right of access to your personal data, (II.) the right to correct any inaccuracies in your personal data, (III.) the right to limit (block) personal data processing , (IV.) the right to object to the processing of your personal data for direct marketing purposes, (V.) the right to have your personal data deleted, in particular when they are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected or otherwise processed or if you withdraw your consent to processing your personal data, and if there is no other legal basis for their processing, or if the personal data were processed unlawfully.

Since the date of entry into force of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, by which the Directive 95/46/EC is repealed, (i.e. since May 25, 2018) if conditions laid down by the law on data portability are met, you also have the right to obtain your personal data that you have voluntarily provided us with in electronic form subject to your consent, in a structured, commonly used and computer readable form and in this context, you can claim the right to have such data transferred to another controller, as long as such transfer is technically possible (right to data portability).

5.4. As a data subject, you have the right to file a complaint with the Supervisory Authority, which is the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic, in case you suspect that your personal data are processed contrary to valid legislation.

5.5. Services available from www.marcelholubecw.com, subject to the data subject consent under these General Terms and Conditions, are not intended directly for persons under the age of 16. This privacy policy is effective as of May 1, 2021.
